He started his journey in the investment world as an Assistant Property Manager for Platinum Management, where he helped manage over 1,000 class B & C units across Los Angeles, Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Arkansas and Kentucky. Max co-founded Valor Residential Group in 2019 and has been managing their portfolio of 2,500 apartments ever since.
Eli Meisels is a dangerously effective combination of talent, passion and brains. He once turned his obsession with numismatics into a full-fledged business that reached nearly $100 million in annual revenue, with clients and contacts across the globe. While doing that he began applying his passion to the real estate market, where he discovered huge opportunities in multi-family homes. He saw so much success in multi-family that in 2019 he pivoted his focus from his numismatics company, investing himself exclusively into co-founding and growing Valor Residential Group.
With twenty plus years of diverse real estate experience, Asher Schepansky's acumen and outside-the-box thinking add value to any asset across all real estate disciplines. He has managed billions of dollars in real estate, formally at Extell Development Company and others, most recently overseeing five plus million square feet of suburban office properties valued at over a billion dollars. Asher excels in developing and implementing policies and best practices, driving portfolio growth, and adding revenue streams while implementing expense savings tactics. Asher recently joined Valor Residential as the new COO, bringing his experience and strategic vision to further solidify Valor’s infrastructure and portfolio, and help drive future growth and capabilities. Asher holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Nyack College and a certificate in Building and Property Management from NYU.
Shragie Eisenberger is a dynamic and highly experienced property manager with a long track record of success. Shragie draws on over 25 years of real estate experience to effectively coordinate daily operations for the Valor Residential Group Team. Prior to joining Valor, Shragie managed over 10,000 units throughout the United States.
Out of the office, Shragie likes to play hockey, and spends time volunteering for local charities.

Joseph joined Valor in November 2024, bringing over a decade of accounting and tax experience, including a number of years focused on CRE. In his most recent position, he led a team of 30 accounting professionals responsible for providing accounting and financial advisory services to SNF's. Outside of the office, Joseph sits on the board of a large community day school, and is co-treasurer of his synagogue.
Avie Katz has over a decade of experience as a CPA. Prior to joining Valor, Avie was a Senior Accountant at a large accounting firm focused on nursing home facilities.
Out of the office, Avie likes to hike, ski, and spend time with family.
